WorldStage Newsonline– FBN Holdings Plc, a Nigeria’s leading financial group has released its the consolidated financial statements at 30 June 2021 with 79.72% jump in profit for the period from continuing operations to N22.469 billion in second quarter from N12.502 billion in Q2 2020.
Profit for the half year added up to N38.089 billion from N35.644 billion in H1 2020.
The group also reported a drop in net interest income to N51.031 billion in Q2 from N71.021 in 2020. Figure for the half year was put at N103.823billion from N131.275 billion in H1 2020
