WorldStage Newsonline– Dangote Cement Plc, Africa’s leading cement producer has released its unaudited interim financial statements for the three months and six months ended 30 June 2021 with 55.48% rise in group profit for the second quarter to N101.920 billion from N65.551 billion in Q2 2020.
Group profit for the first half of the year also rose to N191.630 billion from N126.143 billion in H1 2020.
The group also recorded rise in revenue to N357.894 billion in Q2 2021 from N227,670 billion in 2020, while figure for the H1 rose to N690.545 billion from N476.852 billion in H1 2020.
